Franklin Fine Arts Center promotes academic and artistic excellence for all students, including those with special needs. The mission of Franklin Fine Arts Center is to provide all students, including those with special needs, a challenging educational program that includes a focus on individual learning styles and developing critical thinking skills, emphasizes academics, and ensures that the arts are addressed as independent, core subjects, as well as integrated into other curriculum areas.
